During the research, it was found that the pharmacological forms of shiitake stimulate the development of lactobacilli isolated from the lyophilized probiotic preparation "Lactobacterin", as well as live lactobacilli from the human autoprobiotic complex. These pharmacological forms can be used as a natural stimulator of lactobacilli development, which is promising for the creation of new probiotic drugs for the correction of intestinal dysbacteriosis or the production of functional foods. The results of the study of the stimulating effect of shiitake mushroom derivatives (juice, powder) on lactobacilli strains served as the basis for the author's patent of the Russian Federation for the invention [Kirilenko, Kuznetsov, 2018].
